How GODS Favour Is Received,By Walter Karas

The Bible contains many benedictions which ask for God's favour and blessing upon you. Favour from God comes because of His love and grace. God does not bless out of obligation, but out of love. The Bible also says that there are times when God will cause even your enemies to be at peace with you (Proverbs 16:7).
Make a list of all God's promises pertaining to your concerns: whether you need a job, have marriage difficulties, or whatever. Begin to pray and believe according to His promises which are "yes" and "amen" (2 Cor. 1:20). Begin to change your thinking. To be transformed, you need your mind renewed.
Search the Scriptures (using a concordance) for God's Word on His favourable promises to you.  Practice confessing them. As a child of God, you can trust that God's grace (unmerited favour) will be upon you and that you will flourish (Proverbs 14:11; Psalm 84:11; 92:12).
However, God requires that you do not regard iniquity (sin) in your heart. Otherwise He will not hear you (Psalm 66:18). If you have not called on the Lord to forgive you of your sins, do so now. God wants you to experience His salvation and baptism with the Holy Spirit so that you will be eligible and equipped for all He has for you.
